The Henry County Health Department will offer an Extended Hours Immunization Clinic from 4-6 p.m. Friday, April 11.

The department will provide childhood immunization and shot records.

Bring current immunization record and insurance guard; parent or guiardian must come with the child; you will leave with up to date immunization record for the school.
