Paris, Tenn.–Henry County Clerk Donna Craig is urging Countians to utilize the online resources available through her office.
“As your County Clerk, it is my goal to provide services to the citizens of Henry County,” Craig said. “As we deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, The Henry County Clerk’s office urges citizens to utilize our online resources to help residents obtain information and conduct business, while maintaining social distancing.”
Craig noted the office serves over 200 customers a day “and as the end of March approaches we will only become busier with customer flow. Some days it is standing room only.”
To follow the recommendation of the CDC and local health professionals, she said, “We suggest you take advantage of our online services to limit contact with others.”
The most common transactions are available to you from your home, office, or even your mobile device at henrycountyclerktn.com
Those transactions are:
- Online License Plate Renewals
- Online Business License
- Online Marriage License Application (You will still need to come into the office to sign and pick up the license, but this will save you time)
- Title and Registration forms
You can also download the Auto Assistant App on your mobile device to renew your vehicle registration, verify insurance, access vehicle recalls, and receive notifications for renewal dates.
Craig said her office also offers vehicle registration renewal by phone. “My staff is always willing to help with renewals or any questions you may have. Just contact the office at 731-642-2412,” she said.
