Paris, Tenn.–There was a large crowd on hand for the ribbon cutting for Carey Counseling Center’s new Crisis Stabilization Unit & Walk-In Center. Its newly-constructed center is located at 1026 Kelley Dr. in Paris behind the Henry County Hospital. After the ribbon-cutting, everyone was invited into the building for a tour of the facilities. State Department of Mental Health officials at the event said this facility and others like it are essential in Tennessee’s ‘right treatment, right place, right time strategy for crisis services.” Other Carey Counseling locations are in Camden, Huntingdon, McKenzie, Union City and Martin.
