Paris, Tenn.–A volunteer crew of 12 worked all morning Saturday, cleaning the Atkins-Porter Historic Neighborhood just in time for the World’s Biggest Fish Fry. According to Diann McGuire, Keep Paris/Henry County Beautiful coordinator, said the volunteers filled 17 bags of litter and a surprise guest that was in one of the bags (a small snake). The annual A-P Neighborhood Cleanup Day was coordinated by the Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Association, the city of Paris and Keep Paris/Henry County Beautiful.
