
Jeanette Brewer Collins, age 62 of Paris passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025, at her residence. Her funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Thursday, January 30th at McEvoy Funeral Home with Rev. Caren Teichmann of First Christian Church officiating. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be after 10:00 am Thursday, January 30th prior to the service at McEvoy Funeral Home.
Janette Brewer Collins was born November 11, 1962, in Paris to the late John R. and Cordia Mae Thompson Brewer. On September 5, 1987, she married Dan Collins, who survives in Paris, TN.
Janette was a member of the First Christian Church in Paris. She loved quilting and making homes for others, and she loved her family.
In addition to her husband, Jeanette is also survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Aaron) Aramayo of Colorado Springs, CO; her son, Jarrod (Taylor) Collins of Wilsonville, OR; sisters: Mary Hudson of Paris and twin sister, Annette Douglas of Paris; brother, Bill Brewer of Eva, TN; grandchildren: Lincoln Aramayo and Millicent Collins; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Besides her parents, Jeanette was also preceded in death by a sister, Cindy Hodge, and a brother, Ray Brewer, Jr.
Pallbearers for Ms. Collins will be Dan Collins, Jennifer Aramayo, Jarrod Collins, Steve Brewer, Andy Jackson, Chuck McFall, Louis Caldwell, and Lisa Hippensteal.
