Dover, Tenn.–A Paris man was arrested on drugs and weapons charges after a traffic stop in Stewart County.
On Tuesday, January 2nd about 9:30 am during a traffic stop on Hwy.79 near Onion Hill Road, Deputy Jay Harp became suspicious that drugs were present in the vehicle.
A search of the vehicle turned up crack, marijuana, scales, baggies, vacuum sealer and other drug paraphernalia. Also 2 handguns were discovered in the vehicle as well as large amount of cash.
Arrested was Jason Teague, age 43, of Paris.
