Paris, Tenn.–Patrice McCabe of the ‘RV There Yet’ television show learns the finer techniques of frying hush puppies at the fish tent at the World’s Biggest Fish Fry Wednesday evening. The fish tent at the 72nd Fish Fry opened without a hitch, with Hostess Princess Anne Claire Collins tossing the first hush puppy to her father, Andy. Lines were already long as all-you-can-eat dinners of catfish, hush puppies, French fries, white beans, slaw and drink.
