Paris, Tenn.–There was a lot of twirling and turning in downtown Paris Monday night as the Ray Lewis Band performed at the World’s Biggest Fish Fry Street Dance. As is traditional, Hostess Princess Anne Claire Collins and her court were leading the dancing and admission was free.
