Paris, Tenn.–When you see the new reviewing stand at the upcoming World’s Biggest Fish Fry parade, give thanks to the students at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology Henry/Carroll. The grandstand is now complete, thanks to the Residential Maintenance program at TCAT. The reviewing stand is for the dignitaries who come to the parade and sits in front of the Quality Inn. The Fish Fry Grand Parade will be held at 10 a.m. April 25. Grand Marshal this year will be Garry Mason. (TCAT photo).
