Paris, TN – On March 13, 2025, the Paris Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence located on Caledonia Street in Paris, Tennessee. During the operation, officers discovered narcotics, including marijuana (Schedule VI) and Schedule II prescription pills, which were packaged for resale. Additionally, a large sum of cash believed to be drug proceeds, and a Sporter AK-style 7.62 x 39 pistol were seized from the property.
As a result of the search, Marlon L. Ward was arrested and charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to sell
- Possession of Schedule VI drugs with intent to sell
- Possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony
Ward was booked at the Henry County Jail and later released on a $20,000 bond.
