Cottage Grove, Tenn.– With help from two other departments, the Cottage Grove Volunteer Fire Department battled a five-acre brush fire on Ables Rd., near the Weakley Co. line. Firefighters arrived to find about five acres of woods on fire. Sixteen firefighters, with two brush trucks, one engine and one tanker, responded.
