Paris, Tenn.–Three indictments were issued by the Henry County Grand Jury Monday, with one sealed until the individual is arrested.
Of the two that are open at this point:
Clinton Barger, charged with vandalism and theft of owner’s property.
Victor Lewis Oakley, three counts of rape of a vulnerable adult during 2022.
The number of indictments issued for this session is far fewer than those usually issued.
