The Huntingdon Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating William “Randy” Scroggins, who has been missing since Thursday, February 20, at approximately 4:30 p.m.
Scroggins is described as a 42-year-old Caucasian male. He does have a cell phone, but the phone reportedly is dead.
