Paris City Hall, Henry Co. Government On Two-Hour Delays

Paris, Tenn.–Both Paris City Hall and Henry County government offices will be on two-hour delays Wednesday morning. Officials will be monitoring the weather to determine if they will be closed all together and announcements will be made.
