Helping Hand Radio Auction Now At $279,722

Paris, Tenn.–With the $4,541 raised today, the Helping Hand Radio Auction is now at $279,722. The auction runs through February 26.

Country Club Estates/Nelson/Shady Grove; Paris Landing community and resort areas; HCHS cross country and track, American Heritage Girls, Point Pleasant Baptist Church. 19 slates of items were donated, with Junior Staggs as Auctioneer and the Paris Lions Club manning the phones.

Thursday: Elkhorn community, Friends of Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge, Sulphur Well Church of Christ, Civil Air Patrol.

Friday: Easton’s Angels; Thriving At Home Senior Care; Salvation Army; HCHS Baseball; REAL Hope Youth Center.

Saturday: First Baptist Church (two auctions).

Auction phone is 644 1695. The auction is held at the Paris Convention Center at 1510 East Wood St., Paris. Dozens of groups and local communities raise thousands of dollars each year for over 90 non-profit service organizations.

The auction is broadcast daily at our radio station WHNY, 104.7 FM/AM 1000; on our website at radionwtn.com and on the Henry County Helping Hand website.

The auction begins at 12:30p.m. on weekdays and noon on Saturdays.
