Paris, Tenn.–With the $6,612 raised today, the year-to-date total raised in the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction is now at $275,181.
Today’s donations came from Sunnyside, Countrywood Estates, Scenic Hills/Castleton Cove, HCHS Fishing Team, TCAT, and Grace Life Church. There were 21 slates, with Jamie Orr as auctioneer and Lakeway Kiwanis manning the phones.
Wednesday: Country Club Estates/Nelson/Shady Grove; Paris Landing community and resort areas; HCHS cross country and track, American Heritage Girls, Point Pleasant Baptist Church.
Auction phone is 644 1695. The auction is held at the Paris Convention Center at 1510 East Wood St., Paris. Dozens of groups and local communities raise thousands of dollars each year for over 90 non-profit service organizations.
The auction is broadcast daily at our radio station WHNY, 104.7 FM/AM 1000; on our website at radionwtn.com and on the Henry County Helping Hand website.
The auction begins at 12:30p.m. on weekdays and noon on Saturdays.
