Paris, Tenn.–With the $4,703 raised today, the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction is now at $268,568. Items today were donated by the Henry/Bunns community; the Henry Volunteer Fire Department, Senior Citizens Center and Mary’s Kids. Auctioneer was Darrin Thompson and manning the phones were members of the Athena Delphian group.
The auction runs through February 26.
Tuesday: Sunnyside, Countrywood Estates, Scenic Hills/Castleton Cove, HCHS Fishing Team, TCAT, and Grace Life Church.
Wednesday: Country Club Estates/Nelson/Shady Grove; Paris Landing community and resort areas; HCHS cross country and track, American Heritage Girls, Point Pleasant Baptist Church.
Auction phone is 644 1695. The auction is held at the Paris Convention Center at 1510 East Wood St., Paris. Dozens of groups and local communities raise thousands of dollars each year for over 90 non-profit service organizations.

The auction begins at 12:30p.m. on weekdays and noon on Saturdays.
