Paris, Tenn.–The Henry County Sheriff’s Office annual deer meat giveaway will be held at the sheriff’s office Saturday, February 1, starting at 8 a.m. until all meat is given away.
Sheriff Josh Frey said, “The Henry County Sheriff’s Office would like to take this time to say thank you to all the hunters that donated deer this season. We processed 175 deer this year. Not only does this help feed those that need deer meat but also all the hides are given to the Paris Elks Lodge. The Paris Elks Lodge in turn makes items from the hides for such things as gloves for those that wheelchair bound.”
The sheriff’s office is located at 210 Forrest Heights in Paris Tennessee.
