Paris, Tenn.–Ice fishing, anyone? With our below freezing temperatures, the trout pond at the Eiffel Tower Park Extended is totally iced over. Last week, the TWRA and the Paris Parks and Recreation staff re-stocked the pond for the winter. The pond is open to anyone with a valid fishing license and trout stamp. Shannon McFarlin photo.
