Mary Noreen Wallace

Mrs. Mary Noreen Wallace, 82, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2024 at Tennova Hospital with her loving family by her side.

She was born in Crocker, Missouri, the beloved daughter of the late Ezra Smith and Waneta Francher Minks.

Mary loved the Lord and was faithful to attend the Sanctuary service via online service.

She worked in the local factories until retirement.

She loved her children with all her heart. She enjoyed having them come home to play with grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was lovingly referred to as a “spitfire” by her family, as she was always bringing laughter and smile to their hearts.

She enjoyed raising her baby cows and chickens, gardening and canning for her family.

In her later years, she enjoyed playing games with family and friends.

She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and cherished friend. She was deeply loved by her family and will be sadly missed.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her husband of 64 years: Bobby Darril Wallace; step-father: William Minks; great-grandson: Paxton Shepherd; and brothers: Douglas Smith, Dwight Smith, and Bruce Smith.

She is survived by her sons: Bobby Lee Wallace (Gina) and Robby Darril Wallace (Lisa); daughter: Kathy Marie Wallace; sister: Margaret Sue Kocot (Joe), of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; sister-in-laws: Jewel Wheeler and Janice Keatts; grandchildren: James Wallace (Macy), Mary Frances Wallace-Shepherd, Robert Wallace (Amber), Emilee McGee (Dylan), Bretlea Mai (Mike), AlanMichael Kryszak (Lexie), Alaina Kryszak, and Shainelle Robinson (Tyler); great-grandchildren: Jameson Wallace, Brylee Hamlett, Gunar Shepherd, Kennedy May, Blake Mai, and Lincoln Robinson; and loving fur baby: Budda.

A visitation will be held will be held Sunday, April 21, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Anglin Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will resume on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Anglin Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gary Wallace officiating.

Burial will follow at Heflin Cemetery.

Those serving as pallbearers are James Wallace, Robert Wallace, Alan Kryszak, Dylan McGee, Ronnie Hicks and Mike Mai. Honorary pallbearers are Jeff Wallace and Steven Wallace.
