Mr. Alan Anderson, 70, of Big Rock, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at his residence Friday, January 5, 2024.
He was born Monday, April 20, 1953, the beloved son of the late Leo and Susie Kiana Anderson. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister: June Schuff.
Alan served his country proudly and retired as a disabled veteran from the U.S. Air Force.
He was a loving son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many.
He always cherished his visits with family and dear friends.
He is survived by his loving family: son: Alan M. Anderson, of Big Rock, Tennessee; daughter: Heather Anderson, of Big Rock, Tennessee; grandchildren: Steven Neubauer, Stephanie Neubauer, and Abigail Neubauer; brothers: Jerry Anderson, David Anderson, Larry Anderson (all of Clarksville, Tennessee), Billy Anderson, of Brevard, North Carolina; and sister: Roberta Gentry, of Prattville, Alabama.
A visitation will be held Friday, January 12, 2024, at Anglin Funeral Home beginning at 11:00 a.m. and continue until the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Joe Shannon officiating.
Burial will follow at Stewart County Memorial Gardens.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
