
Springville, Tenn.–A home was destroyed, but thankfully no one was injured, in an early-morning fire in Springville. An SUV, motor home and two sheds also were heavily damaged.
At 5:45 a.m. today, the Paris Landing Volunteer Fire Department and the Henry County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to 200 Lampley Circle in Springville. Arriving units found the structure fully engulfed, according to Fire Chief Reggie Coles.
Owner Don Lowery was not at home at the time of the fire.
Coles said the home was a total loss and a space heater is the the suspected cause of the fire. An SUV, motor home and two sheds also received heavy damage from the fire.
Damage is estimated at $100,000.
Paris Landing responded with 6 trucks and 8 Firefighters, Mutual Aid was received from the Paris Fire Dept with 1 truck and 2 firefighters. Units were on the scene for 2 hours.
