Cameron Devontae “Cam” Houston, 19, of Union City, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2023, at West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer Hospital in Martin.
Cameron was born Tuesday, June 15, 2004, in Union City.
He was employed as a painter with Nancy’s Painting & More.
He attended Union City Church of God.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather: Billy Rasberry.
He is survived by his mother: Kasie Jo Rasberry, of Union City; his father: Brian Marquale Houston, of Mayfield, Kentucky; three daughters: Gabi Houston and Iylen Houston (and their mother Robyn Pettit, of Martin) and Maelynn Rodgers Houston, of Union City; one son: Luca Madding Houston, of Union City; two brothers: Anthony Mendez and Skylar Mendez. both of Union City; his grandparents: Nancy Pollard (Hank Wilson), of Union City, Glenda Moffitt, of Hickman, Kentucky, and Brian Houston, of Clinton, Kentucky; his great grandparents: Marilyn Bryant, of Union City, and Johnny Bryant, of Humboldt; and his girlfriend: Katelyn Watts, of Union City.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 6, 2024, in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Carl Kizer will officiate.
Burial will follow in Sanders Chapel Cemetery near Union City.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 5, 2024, and from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of services Saturday.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Mendez, Skylar Mendez, Joshua Vazquez, Tyreke Bledsoe, Hunter Burpo, R.J. Edgar, Dwight Mendez, Manny Vazquez and Bobby Madding.
