Union City, Tenn.–A retirement reception for Union City City Manager Kathy Dillon has been set for next week and the public is invited. The reception will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, December 21, at City Hall.
Dillon has served as City Manager since 2007. She has worked in local government since 1991 as a City Clerk, City Treasurer, and as City Manager since 1996. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Bethel University and graduated with the first class to complete the Certified Municipal Finance Officer program through the State of Tennessee in 2010.
