
Murray, Ky.–A Murray man is in the Calloway County Jail after his arrest for DUI, trafficking meth and gun charges.
On Saturday at 4:53 AM, the Murray Police Department responded to a single-vehicle
collision on the south side of Murray. Upon arrival, officers located the driver of the vehicle,
Ronald Allen, age 31, of Murray.
Through investigation, Allen was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and other substances. Additionally, illegal narcotics and a loaded firearm were located in his possession. As a result of the investigation, Allen was charged
with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Substances 1 st Offense, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Trafficking in Controlled Substances, 1 st Degree (Methamphetamine) Firearm Enhanced, Trafficking in Controlled Substances 3 rd Degree Firearm Enhanced.
