Dover, Tenn.–A large crowd gathered Friday for the arrival of Santa Claus and the lighting of the Christmas Tree in Dover. Little Maddie Mae Wallace had the honor of lighting the tree and Boy Scout Troop 501 presented the colors and led the Pledge of Allegiance. The Dover Police K9 Shelby was on hand and Brother William Gray opened with prayer as Marian Blunk, Band director, one of her students played Christmas tunes and LoriKate Atkins sang.
