Benton County, Tenn.–Power has been restored to customers of the Benton County Electric System after two separate accidents resulted in two poles being hit by cars.
The first occurred when a car hit a pole at the intersection of Allen Mills and Hwy. 641S Sunday. The second occurred a few hours later when another pole was hit by a car on Blackburn Rd.
Benton County Electric issued prayers for all involved in the two accidents and complimented the photo taken of the pole cut in half. “Great picture by one of the operations personnel.”
