Ms. Billie Jo Gibson Owen, 45, of Paris, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at her residence.
Billie Jo was born Saturday, March 25, 1978, in Houston, Texas, to the late Michael Paul Gibson and to Linda Hilliard Perry who survives in Paris.
She is also survived by her spouse: Charles Engelking, of Paris; her son: Dawson Owen, of Paris; sister: April Perry, of Paris; brother: Michael Perry, of Paris; also by nieces and nephews: Addison, Carson, Mason, and Ember Perry.
Her body is to be cremated and a celebration of life will be planned for a later date.
