Paris, Tenn.–Last week, Allegro employees participated in a Thanksgiving food drive in which they donated over 1,000 items to the Little Pantries of Henry County.

The Little Pantries of Henry County fights hunger and food insecurity by stocking multiple Free Pantries from which individuals can take or leave items to make sure that no community members go hungry. Allegro officials said, “Allegro is proud to partner with them on such a great cause!”

Little Pantries officials said, “A huge thank you to Allegro Marinade for the food drive they held to benefit the Little Pantries of Henry County! We are so grateful for you and the many ways you support our community.”

The Little Pantries are located throughout Henry County. The first Free Pantry was initiated at the Atkins-Porter Dog Park entrance. Methodist churches in the county have been responsible for opening several of the Blessing Boxes: at Henry United Methodist Church in Henry, Trinity United Methodist Church at 409 N. Wilson St. in Paris, Wiley Chapel at 422 W. Blythe Street in Paris; Quinn Chapel AME Church on Church St. in Paris. Other food pantries and blessing boxes can be found at Puryear Baptist Church and Oak Grove Missionary Baptist, Antioch UMC Church, Garland’s RV on Hwy. 79N, and more.

The Little Pantries of Henry County have a Facebook page, where more info can be found.
